During my recent business trip to Koh Samui, I had the opportunity to stay at Seaview Paradise Mountain Holiday Villas Resort, a hotel chosen by my director. One of the standout features of this resort is the large 40 square meter open-air covered deck. It was truly a unique experience to have a live coconut tree growing through its entrance, adding a touch of nature to the atmosphere. The resort's surroundings were equally impressive, with huge granite boulders, coconut trees, and landscaped terraces leading to the eco-friendly chlorine-free infinity edge swimming pool and Jacuzzi. The specially designed Mountain Estate Infinity Edge Swimming Pool and Jacuzzi seamlessly integrate into the coconut tree and granite boulder landscape, creating a visually stunning setting. The dedication of Seaview Paradise to providing a relaxing holiday for each guest is evident in the attention to detail and the tranquil atmosphere.
Nothing negative to say.

Gary and his staff took a personal interest in all the guests, and this added greatly to our enjoyment. He even organised a birthday cake for my (belated) birthday! The mountain infinity swimming pool (and the view from the mountain villas) was quite breathtaking.
At the beach villas, the extreme tide can be a problem for swimming, but there are other places nearby not so affected.

Personale were friendly og service oriented. We checked out early because of problems with the toilet and mice. afterwords the owner contacted us by mail and offered all of our money back. he came to our new hotel and refunded all of our money. He was sorry we had a bad experience, and had left earley. they did offer to move us to another house. there were lots af people in the other houses. so i expect we just were unlucky.
how it could get 4 stars we dont understand. our villa was by the sea, the swimmingpool was i the mountains. we had to wait for a car to take us there and back. the swimmingpool was verry smal. only 4 sunbeds. ( we are a family of 5 ) The room was not as described. everything was old and verry worn. the toilet stoped working at night so we had no toilet for half a day. at night there were a lot of noise from mice in the attic. as soon as they heard af the problems the offered to move us into another house.

We went to Paradise and we are definitely going back.. It was our first time in Thailand and the great stay started already the day we booked the bungalow, when Gary the owner wrote us. We had a lot of questions about Thailand and the area, he immediately wrote us back with such great hospitality. When we arrived we were picked up at the airport and we arrived to the bungalow situated right on the children friendly beach, so calm. Whenever we wanted to use the pool at the very beautiful mountain villas there was a driver for us. Everybody was friendly and Gary came by everyday, and he is a pleasure to speak with.. -Very, very friendly..
nothing to complain about. But if you are looking for exceptional clear water yyou have to drive to the nearby silver beach..

The villas are surrounded by beautiful trees, providing amazing views of Lamai Bay and Beach from the large covered deck. As a nature lover, this was a dream come true for me. The Chalet has a spacious living room and modern kitchen, making it a comfortable and convenient place to stay. The Wi-Fi High Speed Broadband Access in each villa was a great bonus for me as I needed to stay connected during my trip. The bedroom in the 175 square meter villa was incredibly spacious, with a unique touch of a huge boulder forming part of its rear wall.
Personally, I was not a fan of the upper level open air covered Thai Sala in the 175 square meter villa. However, I understand that others may still enjoy it.

we had a very pleasant stay, but the access to the room with the steps is very difficult, see dangerous in some place. But when we reached the room we got a great reward ...... the view , great, great, great....view

Me and my mate stayed here and loved it. Gary the owner was super helpful as we did muck him around with our dates. The rooms are massive and overlooking the most amazing views. The guy in charge of the mountain resorts was also very helpful going out of his way to do anything for you. Some people would think its a little out the way but we hired brand new scoopy mopeds off the staff. The fun we had on them quite literally made our holiday. We hope to see you again very soon!!!

We got great value for our money at this place. The room was cozy and had an amazing view of the beach. The location was peaceful and the staff treated us like family.
Breakfast option could be improved with more variety.

The view was beautiful. The accomodation is average, pretty small but heaps of balcony and outside area to make up for that of course.
Steepness we should of done some more research as partner suffers a heart condition and the steps to the villa and all facilities were way too much for him.
